Why are preview photos blurred?

The blurred preview is a free glimpse of your gallery. Full-resolution photos, without blur and watermark, arrive after purchase via an email link.

How will I receive my photos?

After a successful purchase, a link to the gallery arrives at your email address, where you can view and download photos in full resolution.

What if search does not find me?

Try the bib number instead of the name, or vice versa. If you are still missing, leave us your contact via the form on this page and we will try to find your photos manually.

How do I pay?

Payment is secure, by card via the Monri service. We never see nor store your card details.

Can I get a refund?

If your purchased gallery contains none of your photos, contact us and we will refund you. For refunds, reply to the purchase confirmation email.

May I share purchased photos?

Yes — you may use purchased photos for personal needs and social media sharing.
